With over 35 years of distinguished experience in Project and Construction Management, Duane is unwaveringly committed to achieving outstanding results for his clients. His hands-on approach, combined with his motivating presence and approachable communication style, allows him to adeptly navigate relationships and interactions at every level of a project.
Duane's experience spans high-end residential renovations, extensions, new builds, as well as multi-level office and apartment buildings. His meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of client needs allow him to proactively identify and address potential challenges before they arise. Design and Project Manager

Ellie is our Design and Project Manager, with a passion and flair for concept design and implementation. Administration Manager

As Beyond Built Projects’ Contract Administrator and Client Services Coordinator, Emma is the first point of contact for all new clients, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring every project starts smoothly. She manages contract documentation, organises client and project insurance, and keeps processes and procedures running seamlessly behind the scenes.
With a creative eye and a knack for detail, Emma also manages the company’s online presence, ensuring the website reflects the brand’s vision. Her role blends communication, organisation, and problem-solving, making sure both clients and the team feel supported from start to finish.
